ACCESSIBILITY

Clear information.
Easier to read.

Our public website uses a black background, bright text, and clear controls to make information easier to find and read.

High contrast and readable text

White and bright-gray text sit on black backgrounds. Lime buttons use black labels, and keyboard focus has a bright outline. We checked the site's text colors against the WCAG minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 using the page styles.

Text sizes use relative units so they can respond to browser text-size preferences. Browser zoom is enabled. On narrow screens, content stacks into fewer columns; the sample weekly schedule can scroll horizontally, and its List button provides another view.

Keyboard navigation

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. The Skip to content link appears when focused. Standard buttons, links, and expandable sections can be operated from a keyboard. Escape closes the navigation menus and sample job dialog.

Page structure and labels

Pages use headings, a main-content region, named navigation, and text labels for controls. The sample job dialog is named by its job heading. The QR display includes alternative text and a direct website link, so scanning the code is optional.

Reduced motion

The website respects your device's reduced-motion preference by turning off smooth scrolling, transitions, and animations.
