Who counts as a user?+
A user is a person with their own staff login, including the owner, office staff, and field team members. A team of three people using the workspace is three users. Customer records are not staff users.
Is Customer Payments another $10 on top?+
No. The Operations + Customer Payments package has a $10 monthly base charge, plus $5 per user. Operations has a $5 monthly base charge, plus $5 per user. You choose one package.
What happens after the trial?+
The launch offer is $0 for 30 days, followed by the selected package price. Paid subscriptions are not yet activated. Trial expiry, payment collection, cancellation, and other billing terms will be confirmed before paid enrollment.
What about customer limits or extra charges?+
Customer-count limits and multi-company billing have not been finalized. Third-party processing, email, and other provider charges are separate. Email features require sender setup. No unlimited allowance is promised.
Are vendor payments included?+
Recording team pay is included in Operations. Sending money to vendors or field staff is a planned future capability, with pricing and availability still to be announced.
